Dear All,
Oh my goodness, where do I start to thank you all for
making the first of the Second Saturday Social Dances at
Deer Lagoon Grange (on August 8) so fun?!? Thank you to all
who brought the delicious goodies. I was just overwhelmed
by the response. It felt like a family reunion! (maybe
better!). I loved the spirit of the night. Except for the
uncontrolled racing of my heart and knocking of my
knees...there was an ease about all of us being there
together. It just felt right...special.
I hope we can all do it again next month...and those who
missed it will join us. I am so sorry it was so hot in the
hall. I am going to purchase a couple of extra fans to
bring along. If you have one you're not using, please bring
it with you just in case we need it...OK? Otherwise, I
wouldn't change a thing about the entire evening...it was
perfect.
Thank you again. See you on September 12. The workshop with
be a Waltz mixer. Don't forget a water bottle.
